I have worked as a residential agent since 2007 before I was contacted by a client who wanted to purchase Sport Chalet for $3.2 million, allowing me to embark on the commercial property agency.  Examples from my story as a successful commercial agent include the following:

A commercial property in Sherman Way

A seller wanted to sell six units of townhome apartment to a buyer in Thailand who wanted to buy in cash. Despite the direct contact from the seller, the buyer who preferred to deal through an agent commissioned me to view the property to evaluate whether it was worth investing in. The seller refused to deal with an agent nor permit inspection of the property prior to purchase. As a liaison in the negotiation between the seller and buyer, I managed to close the deal with the seller agreeing to pay for the commission and reduce the price by $100,000. The seller later wanted to do a 1031 exchange and asked me to deal in buying two properties using the proceeds from the real estate sold. Having worked closely with the seller, I was able to prove myself and turn her into one of my many clients.
